OUR SERVICES

We are appointed and commissioned by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bonded, and are authorized to notarize documents in any county in Pennsylvania.

Acknowledgements

A declaration by an individual before a notarial officer that the individual has signed a record for the purpose stated in the record. Types include individual, by an attorney, and by a power of attorney. 

ADMINISTERING and Verifying OATHS OR AFFIrMATIONs

We administer oaths or affirmations to Compel Truthfulness and verification of a statement on oath or affirmation.

Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition

We certify that a document is an accurate copy of an original document, or that a statement is true.  See here for documents we can and cannot certify.

Witnessing / attesting a signature

To attest and witness that the individual appearing before the us and is signing the record has the identity claimed. Types of acknowledgement include: individual, by an attorney, or by a power of attorney.

CERTIFIED COPIES

We certify that a document is an accurate copy of an original document, or that a statement is true. There are some items we cannot certify. Read More. ​

Absentee Ballots

Supporting affidavit in an Emergency Absentee Ballot or the affidavit of a person needing assistance to vote an absentee ballot.

What do I bring to our appointment?

Please bring any materials that need to be signed, certified, or otherwise used in the notarial act, and bring a current and unexpired identification. Any from the list below are acceptable.

  • Driver's license or government-issued non-driver's ID (can be from Canada or Mexico)
  • US Passport
  • Foreign Passport
  • U.S. Government ID, including military and Homeland Security
  • State, county and local government IDS
  • Inmate IDs issued to prisoners
  • Out-of-state IDs
  • Social Security Card
  • Medicare Card
  • Pennsylvania state and state-related university ID card
What documents can you certify?

ACCEPTABLE

  • Public Records
  • Passports
  • Driver's Licenses
  • Transcripts
  • Diplomas
  • Contracts
  • Leases
  • Bills of Sale
  • Medical Records, Consents or Waivers
  • Powers of Attorney

NOT ACCEPTABLE

  • Vital records (Birth and Death certificates)
  • U.S. Naturalization Certificate
  • Government-issued record which on its face states "do not copy,” "illegal to copy” or words similar in meaning
  • Any record which is prohibited by law to copy or certify
How long will the appointment last?

Appointments typically last 10 to 20 minutes depending on the type of notarial act you choose. 

What is your travel radius?

We have a small travel radius at the moment but hope to keep expanding. See the price list for Zone 1 and 2 charges.
